Our standard delivery time is 1–2 business days, depending on stock availability. Please note that delivery for sale items or new collection pieces may take slightly longer. You’ll receive an email with a live tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped.
Yes, you can complete your order without creating an account if you prefer.
To ensure your order is delivered on time and without any issues, please make sure your delivery and billing addresses are entered correctly and completely. We cannot ship to parcel pickup points or cargo branches, all orders must be delivered directly to a valid address and recipient. Billing information cannot be changed once the invoice is issued, so please double check your billing details before confirming your order. Make sure to enter your full delivery address accurately to avoid any delays or failed deliveries.
Orders placed on stayclosenl.com are processed online, and payment is completed during checkout. Since we are unable to change payment details after an order is submitted, it's not possible to add items to an existing order. However, you can cancel your current order and place a new one, or simply place a separate order for the additional item.
Orders over €59 are eligible for free shipping.
We deliver within the Netherlands for €5.99. For the rest of Europe, including Switzerland and the UK, delivery fees range from €5.99 to €14.99.

Simply send an email to marketing@stayclosenl.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Once we’ve received your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email from us. Returns are processed within 14 business days after arrival. After your return is approved, it may take up to another 14 business days for the refund to be issued. Once the refund is processed, you’ll receive a second confirmation email, after that, it may take a few more business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank.
Yes! You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
